1. Shipping Speed & Delivery Estimates

At AllBabyFormula.com, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the shipping estimates based on your location and the shipping method selected:

Orders from Our California Warehouse:

  • Express Orders (Overnight/2-Day Shipping):
    • Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time (PT) from Monday to Friday, and by 10 AM on Saturdays, will ship the same day via FedEx or UPS.
    • Express orders placed on Saturdays after 10 AM, Sundays, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Standard Shipping (1-3 Business Days):
    • Typically arrives within 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).
  • Free Standard Shipping (1-6 Business Days):
    • Free standard shipping typically arrives within 1-6 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

Note: Shipping times may be delayed during holiday seasons or high-demand periods. We are closed on U.S. holidays, and shipping schedules may be impacted.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to various international destinations, including the EU, UK, and other select countries. Shipping estimates apply only on business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Shipments to the EU & UK:
    • All shipping estimates are valid Monday through Friday and are processed the next business day (unless there is a public holiday in the U.S. or the destination country).
    • Customs processing times for international shipments may vary and are beyond our control. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs inspection or local regulations.
  • Customs and Import Duties:
    • Please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If a product is flagged during customs clearance, customs officials may hold the shipment for further inspection. We have no control over customs decisions.

4. Shipping Cancellations and Order Modifications

To ensure fast processing and delivery, we have a strict cancellation window for orders.

  • Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, during our business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time (PST).
    • For example:
      • Order placed at 4:00 PM PST: You can cancel up until 6:00 PM PST on the same day.
      • Order placed at 4:59 AM PST: Cancellation is not guaranteed after 6:00 AM PST.

Once an order is processed and shipped from our warehouse, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed by your bank, and it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

How to Cancel an Order:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please log in to your account and follow the “View Order” link in the confirmation email to cancel it. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at support@allbabyformula.com during our business hours.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (within the U.S. only). This offer is valid for orders that qualify at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods, and delivery times are subject to availability.

6. Signature Confirmation

For orders valued at $250 or more, a signature confirmation will be required upon delivery. This is to ensure safe receipt of your package.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. The items sold on AllBabyFormula.com, including baby milk formula and related products, are considered perishable and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

  • Perishable goods such as baby formula cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are also non-returnable.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
