At AllBabyFormula.com, we strive to provide the best customer experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and product issues. Please read through our policy carefully.
1. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for most of our products due to the perishable nature and sanitary requirements of baby formula and similar goods. For the safety of all our customers, we cannot restock or resell items once they have been opened or shipped. Our products are carefully packed and shipped in brand-new, unopened condition from clean, secure facilities.
- Baby formula and perishable items are non-returnable.
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Damaged Products
If you receive an item with visible damage, such as a punctured can or a bag with holes (for boxed items), please report it to us within 3 days of delivery.
- Contact us at support@allbabyformula.com with a photo of the damaged item along with the packaging and label.
- We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Note: Cosmetic damage, such as minor dents in cans or wrinkles in boxes, is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a refund.
3. Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@allbabyformula.com.
- We will investigate the error and correct it as quickly as possible.
- Please keep the original packaging and send a photo of the product and packaging for verification.
4. Mis-deliveries
Once your package has left our warehouse and is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we cannot offer a refund for lost or stolen packages.
- If you cannot locate the package, check common areas on your property and ask neighbors if they received it on your behalf.
- If tracking shows “undelivered,” we will assist in resolving the issue.
Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery once the package is in transit. Mis-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or failed deliveries are not refundable.
5. Address Changes After Order Placement
After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, AllBabyFormula.com will try to accommodate address changes but cannot guarantee successful updates to the shipping address.
- If an item is misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or resend the item.
- Please double-check your delivery address before completing the order.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to ship orders within 24 hours, external factors like carrier delays or customs issues may occasionally cause shipping delays.
- We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
- Busy periods (e.g., holidays) may extend delivery times, and we recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for delivery during these times.
- Delivery delays are rare, but we advise tracking your order for the most up-to-date information.
7. Product Packaging and Photography Updates
Manufacturers may update packaging designs, labeling, or product images at any time. While we strive to show the most accurate images on our website, you may receive packaging that differs slightly from what is pictured.
- No refund will be issued for packaging differences.
- We always ship the freshest stock available with the longest expiration dates to ensure quality.
8. Fraudulent Complaints
We take all product complaints seriously and require clear evidence (e.g., photos, videos) for any claims made. Complaints without proper proof will not be considered.
- We will collaborate with our manufacturers to investigate any claims, and if necessary, may request that the product be returned for lab testing.
- Manufacturing batch numbers are recorded at the time of shipping and will be verified in case of disputes.
9. Refund Process
Once your issue has been resolved and your refund request is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method.
- Refunds may take time to appear on your bank or credit card account due to processing times, which are beyond our control.
- We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
